THE TRANSFER PROCESS
TRANSFER REQUEST
Seller, buyer, or agent retains TimeshareLand LLC to perform ownership transfer.
ESCROW
Funds are escrowed by a 3rd party escrow service until the transaction is complete.
PROPERTY RESEARCH
TimeshareLand performs “Estoppel” work to confirm the status of the current owners account including confirming the size of unit, type of unit, status and availability of the week. A title search will be performed to verify the title is clean and ready for transfer.
DOCUMENT PREPARATION
TimeshareLand prepares and submits the transfer documents to the parties for signature and notarization, if applicable.
RECORDING
TimeshareLand records the deed in the municipality where the property is located. Upon recording, the deed will be mailed to the new owner and escrowed funds will be released.
RESORT UPDATE
The resort will be notified of the transfer and be provided with a copy of the deed along with any required information for transfer.
